Nowadays everyone asking why should we join the gym? The main reason so simple and important as well that hitting gym and doing workout gives you confidence, it improves stamina. It is healthy . The gym means not only doing weight training and growing your muscles. There are other training's also like you can do cardio for fat loss and improve you stamina by doing cycling and running. Also by doing yoga, zumba you can improve your health. Gym is not only about lifting weights its the best place for fun also.

 There are numerous reasons people join a gym. For some of us, it’s about packing on muscle to improve strength.Other members may be looking for a more natural energy boost than caffeine. And some simply want to treat their body with respect. 

According to study, everyone has to do workout for at least 45 minutes thrice in a week.The NHS recommends that adults engage in at least 150 minutes (that’s two and a half hours) or moderate exercise, or 75 minutes (one hour and 15 minutes) of aerobic activity every week. In addition, they recommend strength training your major muscle groups a minimum of twice a week. Also, according to research staying active is part of our DNA. It helps ward off numerous diseases which in turn enable us to live longer. A healthy lifestyle does away with the risks of getting kidney, liver, heart, and bone diseases due to laziness and old age.

When you start to hitting the gym within 2 weeks you are able to notice an incredible change in your body. And trust us this changes will completely change your life. You will feel more energetic ,you won’t feel tired walking to the bus stop either.
