The Arnold Schwarzenegger is Austrian and american actor. In childhood his dream was to settle in America and later his dream came true ,he got american citizenship. He has two citizenship. At the age 15 he started to hitting the gym. within a year his muscles grow faster the development was tremendous. He started to participate in various competitions. At the age of 20 he became the Mr. Universe. after he never stops and becomes Mr. Olympia for consecutive 7 years. Then he declared his retirement.

After retirement he started to work in film industry. His another dream is to become actor. he is now actor,producer, a successful businessman and a retired bodybuilder. He is famous for his open behavior and for his big Biceps. His gym partners one said that when the Arnold comes in gym the environment pf gym becomes happy. Arnold does his workout with fun. he focus on his muscles while doing sets. he said that's the reason my muscles grow faster.
He completely changes the peoples mindset towards bodybuilding. people came in bodybuilding competition only to see Arnold and his big biceps. Now he is retired by giving a cherish memories and motivates young bodybuilders.
